Efficiency evaluation of the improved treatment and prevention complex in pregnant women after assisted reproductive technologies

Study objective: to determine the role and effectiveness of proposed therapeutic preventive complex psychoemotional correction hormonal disorders in pregnancy dynamics after assisted reproductive technologies (ART) improve antenatal observation prevention obstetric perinatal complications.Materials methods. The study included 299 pregnant women: main group 249 women whose occurred as an ART result; control 50 with spontaneous pregnancy. Therapeutic prophylactic for included: micronized progesterone, magnesium oxide, folic acid, L-arginine aspartate, ω3-polyunsaturated fatty acids long-term psychological on eve program, at 8–10, 16–18 28–30 weeks Results. There was a significant increase β-chorionic gonadotropin (β-hCG) level groups first trimester against background treatment. Mean β-HCG value 7–8 gestation subgroup IA exceeded IB by 37% (p <0.05), IIA it IIB 33% <0.05). mean β-hCG subgroups IIIA IIIB did not have difference compared among themselves >0.05).Mean progesterone increased 38% comparison who received conventional treatment 73% higher than no trimester.The average cortisol 23–24 decreased 42% endocrine infertility 62% less male factor 63% lower <0.05).Conclusion. Advanced therapy combination saturation, ω-3 polyunsaturated acids, well is appropriate effective women.
